I can no longer absorb the higher prices I have to pay for parts and shipping. I regret that after 18 years, I have to raise the price of the AC4R from $65 to $80.
The Drake AC4R is one of our most popular kits. This upgrade for the Drake AC4 comes complete will all components. It even comes with the wire.
The upgrade is not hard to assemble, but it does involve a major teardown of the internal workings of the AC4
This build of the AC4R eliminates the standoffs used in the previous versions by using custom made "L" brackets that fit on top of the transformer's mounting feet.
A detailed assembly and installation manual is included.
